Disbursements

In addition to our fees, some expenses (disbursements) must be paid to third parties in order to complete your purchase. In each case, the amount and number of disbursements vary. We will discuss the cost of disbursements with you at the beginning of your purchase. In the event that additional disbursements are required during the transaction, we will notify you accordingly. Typical disbursements include

  • Stamp Duty Land Tax – based on the property value
  • Land Registry Official Search – £7 per title
  • Land Charges Search – £6 per name
  • Land Registration Fee – based on online applications through the Land Registry
